Skyretel provides Enhanced 911 (E911) service on all plans. E911 service requires you to register a valid physical service address. In the event of a power outage, internet disruption, or if your registered address is incorrect or not updated, E911 service may not function properly or may route to an incorrect emergency center.
VoIP E911 service operates differently from traditional landline 911 service. Skyretel strongly recommends maintaining an alternative means of accessing emergency services at all times. By activating service, you acknowledge and accept the limitations of VoIP-based E911 as outlined in our Terms of Service.
